Trainees will follow a training and awareness programme covering the following professional activities: - Discovering activities related to sanitary and thermal connections - Discovering activities related to heating - Discovering related environments (electricity) Trainees will also be introduced to the first professional gestures and made aware of the principles of sustainable development. Module 3: What possible career path in the energy professions?
Skills, abilities, interpersonal skills and competencies expected in the various energy-related professions How can you develop your career plan around opportunities in the sector and the region? What individual preparation is needed to access and project oneself in the sector and profession identified
Module 4: Engaging one's professional project
Individual matching of professional project/job in the sector (Professional matching and possible and realistic commitment) Preparing one's entry internship (research, conditions for completion, expected objectives, ...) in connection with one's professional project.
Module 5: Cross-disciplinary & core skills for the sector
Diagnosis of cross-disciplinary & core skills, Definition of a Skills Progress Plan (SPP) in line with the career project/orientation 1st intervention to upgrade the SPP Updating the SPP and tooling up the individual post-training action plan
Module 6: Immersion in a company (70 hours)
Reflective analysis of the situation experienced (Environment, relationships, activities, conditions, ...) Analysis of skills and appetite for the activities identified Correlation of the immersive experience with the professional project
Module 7: Making your career plan a reality
Operational mediation: career plan / career streams / skills / immersive experience Drawing up and finalising an individual career access plan Definition and organisation of job access actions to be carried out post-training
Module 8: Support for the implementation of the action plan
Monitoring and support for the implementation of the defined actions Accompaniment, rebound, redirection of the deployment of job access actions Support and facilitation of the job connection
